Feed Hoppers
Firstgrade recognise that the key to efficient waste
processing is to have a uniform feed rate. To achieve this with minimal labour,
Firstgrade have designed a range of large feed hoppers, with a number of options
to provide a uniform, controlled flowrate. Firstgrade's feed hoppers use a
positive drive system, with chain and slats below the belt, this gives a
powerful, non-slip drive to the belt, which can be run at very low speeds, and
requires no belt tracking or tensioning.
